Currently we only ship to the UK via projectblu.co, and the USA via projectbluusa.com. However: we will be shipping to other countries very soon. Yes - All of our beds can fit into a large washing machine; however our XL beds may be too large for some washing machines. In this instance the bed can be washed in a large public washing machine, or in a bath by letting it soak in lukewarm water and some gentle detergent.

All our beds can go through periodic machine washing, but please use a low speed cycle on at a low heat (30°C max), with a gentle detergent and no fabric conditioner. Do not dry via the washing machine dryer or tumble dry. For best results air drying away from direct heat sources is recommended. The safest way to wash a bed is in the bath as it uses less force and is less likely to cause damage. The best way to retain our beds’ look and feel is by giving them a light vacuum clean every now and again to remove any bits of dirt or grit. That approach is recommended instead of over-washing them.

Yes - We advise that our collars and leads should be hand washed / wiped down.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our beds only from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage, wear and tear or customer / dog damage e.g. dog chewing creating the damage.

We have a variety of models to suit various size breeds. Please take care to read the descriptions to avoid any disappointment.

Measure your dogs neck.

Our collars have 3 measurements:

1) The full length of the collar from end to end 
2) The width 
3) The neck size suitable.

Please select the size of the collar that fits your dogs neck size.

For dogs who like to curl up and feel protected - Our nest beds are perfect. When choosing the nest bed size - please take note of the sleeping area measurements. This is the size available for your dog to curl or stretch out. For dogs who like to stretch out, or for those slightly older or smaller, that find climbing into a bed difficult - Either our pillow or cushions beds are ideal. All beds are made with top grade upholstery fabric that is extremely tough and hard wearing, plus are packed full of virgin fibre to encourage a healthy sleeping position.
